Henkilökohtaisessa elämässäni tapahtuneet muutokset kuin myös yleismaailmalliset tapahtumat ovat vieneet paikankokemukseen pohjautuvaa työskentelyäni kohti ajan käsitteitä ja olemusta sekä ihmisen ja ympäristön vuorovaikutusta.
Ympäristökriisin myötä maiseman kokemukseen yhdistyy suru ja huoli, niin myös paikan kokemukseen perustuvaan työskentelyyn.
Tämä vedos on minun kertomukseni siitä millä tavoin huoli tulevaisuudesta muuttaa ympäristökäsitystä ja suhdetta luontoon.

Changes in my personal life, as well as global events, have led my place-based work towards the concepts and nature of time, and the interaction between man and his environment. With the environmental crisis, the experience of landscape is combined with grief and anxiety, as is place-based work. My work does not seek to be representational, but rather to convey an experience or emotion. This print is my account of the ways in which concern for the future changes our perception of the environment and our relationship with nature
